Does anyone want a port of tunepimp as well? I've been working on kde multimedia, which requires tunepimp to provide the full interface to musicbrainz. I have been using my own musicbrainz port for this, but I'm happy to re-work the tunepimp port to use yours if that would be useful. Regarding kde multimedia, the configure script seems to pick up tunepimp, musicbrainz and akode just fine. The only problem I ran into with the configure script was that it wrongly defined the musicbrainz library version, leading to a compile failure when various components tried to use the old API to talk to the library. I don't know if this was just a problem with my port, but when I finish beating akode into submission I want to have a long look at kde multimedia. If you run into similar problems I should be able to help. The only other problem I can think of is with these ports is musicbrainz and akode are currently hidden dependencies for kde multimedia. I was wondering whether we might need to alter the kde multimedia Makefile to disable these libraries, and then add them back as flavours. David.
