improved obtaining WHOIS of IP addresses.

-update to version 5.34:
ppport.h added,
PERL_CORE added check to test scripts.
security/p5-Digest-SHA1
-update to version 2.11 (code cleaned up)
textproc/p5-Font-TTF
-update to version 0.38.1.
The updates were tested on i386 and alpha. The diffs are attached.
