This one I've suffered from for quite a while now, but I can't for the life of me work out why - I had a poke round, tried reverting to older versions etc. I did read recently that the KDE boys are going to change the yahoo library that Kopete uses; it will be a completely rewritten version, so (lazy as I am) I decided to sit back and hope that fixes things.
