- use $OpenBSD$ tag and remove 'An' from COMMENT
- you can skip V variable
- configure cannot find headers so pass include dirs in CONFIGURE_ENV
  + remove this /usr/pkg include dir they use
  no need to patch configure like that, make sure your CFLAGS are passed
  properly everywhere.
- decide on a proper dependency list
- this thing uses its own libtool so try USE_LIBTOOL=Yes
- try adding 'dest' to CONFIGURE_STYLE instead of patching that makefile
