Well, it is possible to create a site wide ideskrc file so I think that
message is of some importance to someone, but I will take it out as many
people do not care to see it.

MESSAGE is read by the admin, not the user, so it contains information
for system wide set up. If none such is needed, there's hardly a reason
for MESSAGE.
