Even if it was forgotten/missed initially and is part of a port that was there at -BASE? Obviously not my call, but I'd be tempted to say missing functionality is a bug [severe or otherwise], since now, in order to use php5-xsl, I'll have to go against all the rules and use a mashed package. Or worse still, build from (non-port) source. Or use -CURRENT. Or not php5-xsl for another few months *grumble grumble*
