I know. Regard it as a simple question, if anybody has seen similar stuff - with the frequency of failures I get (at least one per hour with 20 hosts under supervision) it there were really something wrong with the port I guess somebody else would have noticed it by now. I'll try to reproduce in a -current box and do a full report if it happens there too.
