I think it is this PR: https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=201799 and I looked at it in 2021. At that time it failed to build using poudriere. I have not found the time to look at it again since then. > I’ve redone the dance with a current version of Racadm, confirmed > that this works on a FreeBSD 14.3 machine (packages are not working > right now for 15, so can’t test there), but I haven’t updated the > PR yet, because after ten years, I don’t understand why I’m putting > forth the effort. If you have an updated patch that builds in poudriere, please add it to the PR and replace the old patch. > One example of the clamoring: > https://freebsd-hackers.freebsd.narkive.com/1yTOsvcA/can-we-please-finally-solve-dell-s-racadm-for-freebsd-advice-needed > (7 years ago). There were comments on the bug asking what can be done a few > weeks ago. Yes. I've seen those updates, and had no time to react on it. The best way is if you submit the most recent patch, and either someone else from the ports committers or myself find the time to look at it. -- [email protected] +49 171 3101372 Now what ?
