The 2025Q3 branch has been created. It means that the next update on the
quarterly packages will be on the 2025Q3 branch.

- wlroots 0.19.0 (new)

Some behind-the-scenes and user-visible changes:
- LINUX_DEFAULT was switched to "rl9" which corresponds to the Rocky Linux 9 base.
  All architectures except i386 are affected.

Next quarterly package builds will start on Thursday, July 3rd at 01:00 UTC and
should be available on your closest mirrors few days later.
