Please deinstall devel/py-wheel, install devel/py-wheel044 and now

Afterwards, you should deinstall devel/py-wheel044 and reinstall
devel/py-wheel, because this version of py-setuptools is the only one,
which temporarily needs devel/py-wheel044 [1].
