import ports/www/py-legacy-cgi, ok ages ago tb@ (we were trying to hold
off, but there are things known to still be broken, so let's get them
fixed before release). similar port from kmos.
This module provides support for CGI (Common Gateway Interface) scripts
written in Python.
This is a replacement for 'cgi' and 'cgitb', removed from the standard
library in Python 3.13.
