update to aide-0.19.3, and patch to add pledge() support
this is quite a jump from the previous version in tree and some things
have been removed, config may need adapting. search aide.conf(5) for
'REMOVED' for more information. in particular:
database -> database_in
verbose <number> -> log_level <error/warning/..>
hashsum types: crc32, crc32b, haval, tiger, whirlpool
