Hi Albert, I think there are two options: One option is to discuss the adoption of the code of conduct. The alternative would be to move to something similar to GitHub or GitLab. Besides the code of conduct itself, I think it would be a huge improvement to move from Bugzilla to GitHub or GitLab.
