I've written an application that converts to and extracts from Flash files.
I've recently added pdf to swf conversions into the app and embedded your
player in my main window. I've credited you on the project web page and in
my about dialog. I'm still pretty new to open source programming so if
there is some other way I should be crediting you, please let me know.
poppler is GPL2 only (not GPL2++), so your program must be licensed
under GPL2, not GPL3. Which also means you can not use GPL3 code.

Hi Martin
You are correct, I guess I am GPL3, although I had no idea or intention. This is just what came up when I ran my first autoconf (very new to open source programming.) I will certainly remove your app if I need to but is it possible for me to change myself to GPL2 by just changing the COPY file? I checked the libraries and apps that I'm using. SWFTools is fine, swfdec is GPL2.1, is that OK? I couldn't make any sense out of GStreamer and ffmpeg (I'll be using ffmpeg in my next release.) Are they OK?

Thanks
Chris
