It would be most
helpful if OPENSRS would include the tracking number issued by the "losing"
registrar when a
transfer request to
OPENSRS is declined by that registrar.
We had another one
declined today by Verisign and, of course, there's no
information on why. If you contact Verisign they want THEIR tracking
number which is not sent to the OPENSRS reseller. The Verisign tracking # is
sent to the domain contact when they request approval, and when this is a customer
they don't always keep those EMAILs - being end users most of
them
have a hard enough
time figuring out how to approve the transfer.
Any comments out
there ?
There must be some
tracking # given to OPENSRS on each transfer request that could (easily ?) be
included in the EMAIL
back to the reseller
so we have something to reference.
