Hello,

Hello,

For us it seems that you are falling into one of these problems where the Registrar appoints himself Administrative contact (below)

Administrative Contact:
    Kagdadia, A  [EMAIL PROTECTED]
    246 Narborough Road
    Leicester, Leicestershire Le3  2AP

Any transfer requests gets to Netalia and NOT to the Registrant AGK Ltd.

The only way is to request from Netalia a change of the Administrative contact, or in this case to go fast a change  of DNS.

We are having the SAME type of problem with domains registered through UK2.net in England. And we understand and sympatise with your problem.

If anyone has a better idea idea, please share it.

Dear Open SRS,

I am having great difficulty in transferring a domain www.kagdadia.com from one of your customers Netalia, to a Force9 server.  I'm a web designer brought in because the end user of the domain had tried very hard, to no avail, to get the situation sorted with Netalia and is at the end of his tether with it.  I am having the same problems.

Netalia have been evasive and contradictory and we no longer have faith in thier ability to perform the transfer.  Can you do it.  I realise this is unconventional, but the end user is, not without justification in our opinion, particularly angry with the situation and frankly it's a business address and needs sorting.

The servers it will go to are the force9.com dns servers

ns1.force9.net [195.166.128.16]

ns2.force9.net [195.166.128.17]

If there is anything you could do to speed up the process, it would be most appreciated.  If not could you suggest how we could resolve this matter as the situation is ridiculous.

Cheers

Pete Lock
