Changes
- Now supports 7 "Additional" players in mult-room configuration
- Allows leading spaces in squeezelite player names. (For sorting
purposes if you are so inclined.)
- Fix @POWERALL_ALL and @POWEROFF_ALL menu macros. These macros were
not working due to type in CLI command.
