Now the format of their ICY metadata has changed!

Really messy for them to embed the stuff after the artist in a field
called "url" and then to have fields inside that with double-quotes as
well!
Anyway - I should be able to handle this format as well.
Note - this time the "song_spot" field is "F" not "M" like in the
previous format.
