Okay. I see what is happening with the QS retry loop and I will have to make some code changes to handle that situation. However, the root of the problem is that the Quick Select 3 command that the plugin is sending to your AVR Zone 2 is timing out and continues to time out each time it is retried. As you may recall, I increased the Quick Select timeout value from 2 seconds to 5 seconds a little while back due to the fact that David's AVR was timing out at 2 seconds. At that time, your QS's were taking around 1 second after doing a hardware reset of your AVR, which seemed to improve all your response times. Well, now yours are timing out at 5 seconds. In a way, it is a good thing that this happened because I need to make some changes to improve how QS timeouts are handled. However, you also need to look at why your AVR is taking more than 5 seconds to respond to the QS command. It wouldn't work right now with any version of the plugin. It would just time out and stop responding after the first timeout instead of retrying it over and over, as it is doing now. You might want to try doing that AVR reset again. I don't see increasing the QS timeout any higher than 5 seconds, as it would just mask the underlying problem. In the meantime, you should probably go back to V4.0 until you can address the source of the QS timeouts. Thanks as always for your ongoing help in beta testing.
