Well, you should not be seeing multiple "Default" entries. Not related, but I see duplicate names in your list above though -"S277HK (NVIDIA High Definition Audio)" and "Output (NVIDIA High Definition Audio)". SLX won't be able to distinguish cards with the same name, fyi.
