Need to get help with my daughter's Windows laptop. I'm not a Windows guy, but it looks to me like maybe some of the drivers got corrupted.
Wifi doesn't show up in the network hardware list. Ethernet does show but is listed as disabled. USB reports all thumb drives as bad Device manager shows all hardware installed and operational. Soooo... Need someone who can back up the user data and reload the OS, probably by connecting the disk to another system.
