hi, I am visiting my 91 yr old mom in India. I got her a new android phone w/ a huge screen & updated everything (was on iphone 6!). However, she has a tough time making calls using whatsapp (she's 91 after all).
How can I make home screen shortcuts to call the people she most frequently calls via whatsapp? meaning, if she wants to call contactA, how do I make a shortcut on her home screen so that her whatsapp calls contactA with the press of 1 button? if she has to do any additional steps, she gets lost in the procedure. just bringing up the home screen via up scroll is confusing enough for her. thanks!
