Robert, I've no idea what that package includes, but I've been an Aracnet/SpiritOne customer for more than a decade now and recommend them without reservation. For my DSL line, Verizon connection between here and downtown Portland, and 2 domains (with a static IP address) I pay about $30/month (paid annually). They host our Web site (and keep it secure) while I host our mail server. The few times I've needed tech support they've been right on top of the problem; they know linux since that's what they run. Their Admin is outstanding. Other ISPs are good, too, but I know only Aracnet and have no desire to change.
