Drew, As far as my limited memory recalls, the name 'default' has always been associated with 0.0.0.0. It's the same on all machines here. I'll need to wait for time to look at the WAP with my notebook; right now I've too much to do of higher priority. I suspect that I changed the LinkSys from a static IP address for the laptop to dhcp with a fixed address to assign. If that's what I did then I can see how it screwed up what used to work. It'll be a couple of days or so before I get back to this thread; business takes precedence. Stay tuned ...
