I've used Easystreet for years. Love em. They just did a bunch of power and cooling upgrades and I saw not a single hiccup. They really take the time to do things right. As mentioned above, they are a great fit for a small / medium org. And yes, they do have biometrics. Whether or not that's a good thing, I'll leave to you to decide for yourself. But access is a no-brainer. 24/7, no call ahead, no check-in. If you have a card and a rack key, you can show up whenever you like, and bring whomever you like.
