Reading that article and especially the content on Google Chrome got me
thinking about a potential new project for OS developers or perhaps a
third party solution that will create and maintain a chroot environment
for users to run their web browser in.  Perhaps make the work of
creating the chroot environment transparent to users so that all they
need to do is either install a .deb package or simply click a button. 
But of course the option to do this manually will always be available
for the adventurous.
