i've been dealing with at&t a bit lately trying to get an entire /20 block removed from the blacklist after we got a new block from arin that used to belong to adelphia. after getting some individual ips taken off i thought i had finally convinced them to get the whole block removed when suddenly the single ips got put back on again. then a few days later the single ips came back off. so i think that the at&t blacklist may be having some issues and that is how you ended up on the list again.
