It is a Cc: of a message that was [mostly] *** TO: *** a web site
(namely, "[3]" = "politico.eu"), which was caught *** allowing ***
(whether out of ignorance *OR* ... knowingly,
in order to share [some of] the ill gotten gains)
some advertisements "by" a certain BAD advertiser, who
[is blatantly dishonest, and hence] has a BAD reputation.
(see the *links,* such as "[1]" = the BAD advertiser,
and "[2]" = the evidence / "proof" that "[1]" is evil)
The intent was: that if the recipient ("[3]") sees that a *Cc:*
of the message is being sent to (and hence posted on) a
*forum* (such as this one), then they [that main recipient]
might be more likely to be worried about the real risk of
*** their own ***
reputation being besmirched, if they fail to heed this
"WARNING".
The evidence shown at "[2]" struck me as *"convincing".*
