Many operating systems detect devices by probing known ports. For example 
(according to Ralph Brown's ports list), port 0x102 is a PS/2 programmable 
option select port, and port 0x46E8 is an adapter card VGA device, which 
are not implemented. These should not cause your problem.

BTW, what OS are you trying to boot?
