Have you tried Wine?
For Windows applications, Wine is likely to already work, and is in much
farther along in it's development cycle than Plex86.  It will likely always
be faster than plex86, since no emulation is involved.
check out www.winehq.com
And come back and check on Plex86 in a few months!
