REVISION SUMMARY System Settings is highly user-visible, much more so than KInfoCenter (e.g. System Settings is one of the default Favorites in Kickoff, while KInfoCenter is not). This makes it likely that people will mistakenly go to System Settings looking for the kind of information that's visible only in KInfoCenter. This patch adds an action to System Settings that will open KinfoCenter, which makes it more discoverable.
