Not at the moment. It's something that's come up before as a "this would be nice to have" repeatedly but hasn't gone anywhere...yet.
It sort of falls into the category of the screensaver/power inhibitions which is an absolute mess of at least 4 duplicate and competing specs. It would be nice to have something standard that covers this too. David
