REVISION SUMMARY Fixing autoconnect-priority spinbox minimum value and including maximum value, because it is an int32 as seen here <https://developer.gnome.org/NetworkManager/stable/nm-settings.html>. It was set previously only with -100 as minimum value. Lower values are being considered as -100.
