REVISION SUMMARY A common power user complaint about Plasma is the lack of a [Ctrl] + [Alt] + [T] keyboard shortcut to open Konsole. It turns out that one has existed for quite some time, but due to some syntax errors, it doesn't actually work. This patch corrects the errors and makes the shortcut work. TEST PLAN Log into a new user account or delete `~/.config/khotkeysrc` and then hit [Ctrl] + [Alt] + [T] on the keyboard. Konsols opens!
