Notes for today, 23 October 2017 Eike: * Organized KDE's presence at Qt World Summit 2017 where we demo'd Plasma Mobile and Plasma on ARM, both seemed really well-received * Represented Plasma Mobile (and Konversation) at the first-ever Matrix.org meetup event in Berlin and formed a direct relationship with the Matrix core team * Looking into all the issues we had with the new applications: URLs in libtm this month, it needs some rethinking
David: * Fixeing wayland things * Patched Qt for the main Flicker issues we had, merged upstream in 5.9 branch * working on few other wayland patches * fixed the system settings colours not updating; after blaming kirigami and QQC2-desktop-style * Please all read my super long system settings email about the stuff Andy has been doing (modules redesign) Kai Uwe: * Fixed some fallout from Plasma 5.11 task manager changes to use non-absolute launcher URLs, still some quirks in there :/ * Minor optimization to FrameSvg * Investigating in regressions with Qt 5.10 (so far noticed accelerators gone from some qmenus, RMB menu on containments broken, drag and drop from kfind broken) Marco: * Finally landed the Wayland foreign protocol in KWayland/KWin * Landed keyboard navigation patch in systemsettings, accessibility++ * Some small fixes in the Plasma Mobile shell * With David, listed systemsettings modules to be redone in qml/redesigned by priority
