This means even more libraries / applications needing a recompile (read:
breaking horribly) with a Qt update? Yay...


Realistically we'd make a wrapper in one place at a KDE level, so it won't
be /too / bad.

To some extent, I'm hoping once we start changing enough places in QWidgets
once we have the api, someone else will say "shouldn't this be a decorator
on qwindow" and we act surprised like we hadn't suggested that explicitly
at a meeting and then get that.
