REVISION SUMMARY Due some complaints about visual clutterness of things like buttons changing color when clicked, or checkboxes getting their label underlined, add an option to behave like gtk3, which draws the visual focus indicator for controls without text input only when selected by the keyboard, but not when clicked normally, also better for use on systems that rely more on touch screen.
