TEST PLAN Ran `plasmashell -reverse` popup opens left-of the visual parent now, verified that it doesn't stick to the screen edge if it would exceed screen boundaries but swaps sides like it does in left-to-right mode. Also verified that left-to-right placement is unaffected.
