Hi all, There have been a few places where we have problems related to Qt not properly killing the plugins. The one that have me headache was [1]. There are a few related ones (in other KDE software), but I don't recoll them at the moment.
I got the report that the issue has been fixed for Qt 5.8 [2]. This means that we will be without this fix for Plasma 5.8. Should we ask the distributions to ship Qt with this patch enabled? It is a small patch, but I don't know whether it might break something else.
