REVISION SUMMARY This changes KSplash to be transparent so the desktop window, which appears pretty quickly, can be seen, significantly improving perceived startup experience. If startup takes longer than 5 seconds (old computer, no SSD) a busy indicator will appear to indicate that we're not stuck. TEST PLAN Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sbJGBTHXmZk Note that I placed a sleep 10 in startkde to simulate a slow computer, on my machine I don't even get to see the busy indicator.
