REVISION SUMMARY Klipper is currently set to onlyShowIn=KDE which makes no sense, if you're running Plasma you will run Klipper as a systray applet (it's there by default) not as a standalone applet. If you're running another desktop there is a use case to run it as a standalone app and it shouldn't be hidden.
