REVISION SUMMARY Windows under the mouse are (were) highlighted by zooming them slightly. This creates a jarring effect, since the mouse position changes relative to the animated window position, leading to a jarring effect, windows seemingly jump around and extend their borders, animations become very choppy in this case. This patch removes this zoom effect, making the desktop grid zooming out under the mouse smooth. TEST PLAN Tested with patch applied, desktopgrid windows don't jump around anymore.
