By popular request I've put together an early Christmas present, a live image with Wayland on it.

Plenty of problems of course, the window decoration is ugly, the mouse doesn't always click where is should, control-c doesn't work in konsole and the DPI seems to be treated differently than in X making Plasma widgets appear large. But importantly it's free of tearing, flickering and lagging. Well done to Martin and the rest of the team on making this milestone!
