I had a kwayland-5.3.90 (I think) version installed.
cmake (in powerdevil) detects this (posts version info) and generates Makefile.
Powerdevil fails to build because a newer version of KWayland has some new
files, which powerdevil requires.
I rebuilt KWayland from git/master and then Powerdevil built without issue.
