Revert "Don't show OSD when setting brightness absolutely"
This breaks changing the brightness when PM is disabled since then only
"explicit" user actions
are allowed. Now the OSD is shown again when changing the brightness but
functional brightness
controls are more important. This should be fixed differently later.
