IMO, the vertical spacing between items in the left-handed tree view is too
much. It's wasting vertical screen estate.
The vertical spacing in the right-handed tree view is fine.
Findings:
- This is a Qt4-based application (KMail)
- This also seem to happen for Qt5-based applications
- This does not only happen in KMail -- The chat/nick lists in Quassel
(Qt4-version) show the same symptoms
