The one Harald announced is unstable git packages http://files.kde.org/snapshots/unstable-i386-latest.iso The Kubuntu Plasma 5 images on kubuntu.org use the released software. An older system for unstable git is Neon 5 but that has been replaced by what Harald just announced.
