Hello, I am trying to fix this exact issue in Kubuntu. I applied this patch and khelpcenter does indeed start now. However, documentation is not found for most apps. I think installing kdelibs4 to get kbuildsyscoca4 defeats the purpose of going to frameworks. IS there a better solution here? I am willing to fix the apps to have docs compatible to kf5 if someone points me in a direction.
