Note to everyone: Before porting make sure to have a look not only in all branches of kdeplasma-addons but also in the repository https://projects.kde.org/projects/playground/base/declarative-plasmoids before porting. These are generally plasma 1.x but it's a good starting point and will be a much easier port.
