If I run an app that's deep within the model structure, kickoff hides
afterwards and reopening it keeps me still in the same spot I run the app from.
This patch returns the Applications view to the top level ("All applications")
after an app is executed.
I'm also thinking that it should always return to the favorites tab when it's
collapsed, thoughts?
